1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZipLead ("the Service"), operated by Ctrl+Alt+Design ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ZipLead is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users discover, score, and manage local business leads. The Service includes data aggregation from publicly available sources, lead scoring, email verification, and pipeline management tools.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Violate any applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA
- Scrape or re-sell data obtained through the Service to third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Business data surfaced by the Service is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ctrl+Alt+Design. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through your use of the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ctrl+Alt+Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
